  • Not in the traditional sense. I prefer to think of it as “therapy outside the medical model.”

    And what the heck does that mean?

    Well, the model of therapy we’ve been sold typically asks for:

    —a psychological assessment of your mental health “ills”

    —an insurance-friendly diagnosis

    —a clinical write up of your “progress”

    —and adherence to evidence-based therapies that research says are good for the average person.

    But that’s not how I believe healing works… so I created a difference space.

    This is a space that honors your fullness before you even begin. That believes in your capacity for greatness. And that trusts you to create a life of authenticity that matches you.

    This space holds what many different therapeutic modalities touch on, but rarely stay with:
    —The quiet ache
    —The moment after the insight, when you still don’t know what to do
    —The nervous system whisper that says, “I want to trust myself, but I’ve forgotten how…

    Here, you dont have to choose between psychological depth, spiritual honest, and somatic safety. We work at the pace of your lived & breathed capacity — and together, we go where the deeper work lives.

    First, a psychologist’s favorite answer: it depends.

    As in…
    It depends on where you are, and where you’re longing to go.
    It depends on how deeply you’re willing to meet yourself.
    It depends on what your system has capacity for, moment to moment.

    Either way - I’ll help you get there.

    Here’s a sampling of what tends to unfold:

    • You hear your inner “yes” and “no” with more clarity

    • You act on that knowing with less guilt or apology

    • You stop questioning your natural rhythms and find ways to honor them sacredly (even if they still annoy you)

    • You make decisions truer to YOU (vs. what you think others want to hear)

    TL;DR — Yes, this work will be different. Because it’s built for the parts of you that haven’t been yet. Or haven’t been held together in a single safe space.

    Most of my clients arrive with years of therapy, spiritual practice and self-development under their belt. They’re not “new” to growth, but they are tired of circling the same emotional or mindset terrain.

    If you’re like them, I know you’ve already invested time, sweat, money, tears — more than you’d like to remember, maybe.

    I bet some of it helped — and some of it made things feel worse. I bet at times you’ve been grateful for the uncovering, but felt alone in how to make sense of it all.

    So maybe you’re scared to jump into another container. Maybe you’re wondering, “Will this also feel good while I’m in it, but leave me lost when it ends?”

    I can confidently say, “no.” This space is designed for the opposite, in fact…

    What makes this space different is it’s pacing:

    *We move at the speed of your system, not of some prescribed protocol

    *The container is designed to be long enough to witness and hold your unfolding without hurry

    *And it’s designed to integrate—we don’t just talk about what’s changing, we stay with it as it happens. And we make sure the unfolding feels safe for all parts of you.

    (And I think that’s one of the best parts that makes this not traditional therapy.)

    Here’s how it works:

    —Depending on the program you choose, you’ll have access to weekly “office hours,” usually 1-2x per week

    —Office hours will be a 90-120min window where you can reach out knowing “I’m on” and present to respond

    —Whether it’s something you’ve been holding for days or something that recently came up, I’ll be available so you don’t have to carry it alone until our next live session

    —I’ll respond asynchronously (i.e., there could be a pause), but in real time - to offer guidance, reflection, or support

    You might use this space to:

    • Talk through a real-life scenario you’re anticipating

    • Get feedback on something you already tried

    • Ask for help applying a tool you already know or asking for a fresh strategy to try

    Office hours are there to meet you right where you are — perfectly imperfect.

  • Because I’ve found that some parts of us don’t need to be fixed - they just need to be felt and understood.

    Human Design isn’t something I use to tell you who you are. It’s a tool I use to help both of us appreciate your divine mechanics.

    Think of it like a map quietly resting in the background.

    It’s not about being a certain way or doing a certain thing.

    • It’s about remembering who you’re allowed to be.

    • Honoring how your system wants to move.

    • And where you might be overriding what is already wise about you.

  • Mostly women and femmes who are deeply self-are, and still can’t quiet access what they are most longing for.

    My people are the ones who’ve spent years doing the work. They’re strong, capable, and resourced.

    At the top of their game in at least one area of life.

    But they’re tired of bypassing their own becoming‍ in all the other spaces.

    They’re not here to be fixed; they’re here to be felt — in all their fire and fullness.

    They’re not incomplete or broken; they just need to be seen — by a mirror that let’s them know it’s safe to show up whole.

    And yes, I can work with men and non-binary folks, too — if there’s deep resonance and readiness to move at the pace of slow, integrative care.

    Our nervous systems scream “OMG WHAT IS THAT 👻when we do something different. But different is not actually dangerous.

    It’s why I designed this as a slow therapy space. Because we’re not here to rush your nervous system into anything it’s not ready for.
