Hi, I’m Anahita.

I help people with chronic pain reclaim their lives—one step, one breath, one moment at a time.

I’m a clinical psychologist who specializes in the intersection of chronic pain, trauma, and mental health. I’m also a certified Empowered Relief instructor, and I love teaching this class to individuals who want better for their day to day pain management. I truly believe in the power of these skills, and I’m excited to share them with you!
