Meet Your Facilitator
Hi, I’m Dr. Kalianivala—though most people just call me Anahita. (Hear how to pronounce it.)
I’m a clinical psychologist who works at the intersection of chronic pain, trauma, and mental health. I help people who feel stuck, exhausted, or dismissed finally find tools that make a difference.
I’m also a certified Empowered Relief® instructor, and I love teaching this class to folks who are ready for a new way forward. The tools we cover are simple, powerful, and backed by real science—and I’ve seen them change lives.
When I’m not nerding out over pain science, you’ll usually find me walking by the river, sampling seasonal iced coffees, or dancing with my dogs in the kitchen.
