Dr. Kalianivala can help you set boundaries with clarity, kindness, and confidence

Hi there, friend 👋

I see you.

You’re a rockstar at showing up for everyone else.

But you can’t remember the last time you showed up for yourself.

Is it because…

You’re the one people always count on?

You hold things together, smooth things over, pick up the pieces when no one else does?

But under the calm surface, you’re exhausted?

…like, you can’t turn your mind off?

…and even when you get a break, you can’t actually rest?

(Am I close?)

Or maybe you’re the one who senses everyone else’s needs?

And completely forget to think about your own?

Or by the time you do catch your needs, it’s too late?

Because you’re already running on fumes or crashed out?

If these resonated, I’d bet that even when you want to set limits, it feels impossible.

That’s because your nervous system still believes saying “no” is unsafe.

In other words…

you’ve been so busy taking care of everyone else’s sh*t, that you forgot what it’s like to have your own back.

What if you had coaching support for boundaries from a recovering people-pleaser?

"I was really struggling with how to show up with kindness, while still having boundaries.

Working with Anahita, I really feel like this shift in the sense of who I am—and tgat my value to other people isn't just about being kind or showing up for them.”

— Tracy

You’ve probably tried the usual boundary advice:

  • Self-help books

  • Boundaries checklists

  • Self-care routines

  • Yoga, exercise, or meditation

  • Therapy (more than once… )

  • …Maybe you’ve even asked chatGPT how to do this better?!
    (It’s ok, I won’t tell)

And these recommendations and tools might help for a while.

Until the familiar guilt, pressure, or overthinking sneaks back in.

That’s because the real solution isn’t more time, more grit, or more to-do lists.

And I know you already know that.

But I also know it can be so hard to trust that slowing down or listening inward is safe.

Especially when we’ve been taught to think our way out of every problem or treat our wellbeing like a formula in a spreadsheet.

Why Your Boundaries Haven’t Worked (So Far)

You’ve been trying to set limits with your mind, when it’s actually your body that runs the show.

(That’s why strategies like journaling, rehearsing communication, or reading boundary scripts often don’t work—because they keep you stuck in your head without awareness of your body.)

When your body is still operating from the belief that staying busy, helpful or agreeable is the safest way to belong, setting limits can feel stressful, intimidating, or just plain disastrous.

These kind of beliefs get wired into your nervous system over time.

Your nervous system’s job is to keep you at status quo and to respond to any change that threatens it.

So if moving fast, staying busy, and always saying “yes” is your normal
then yes, your system will freak out when you try to slow down, take a break, or say no.

(“F*ck me,” right?)

There’s a light in this tunnel, I promise.

It’s that your nervous system also adapts. With repetition and integration, you can set a new baseline. You can learn to find safety in new spaces.

Aligned Boundaries is a 4-session online boundaries coaching program designed to help you get clear on where your time, energy, and attention are actually going —

and to set boundaries with both your inner pressure and external demands so you can protect the spaces that matter most.

“I've noticed this profound change in how I talk to myself. Where I used to spiral into guilt and self-criticism over small things, now I can pause and reframe those moments as acts of self-care and love.

I've done therapy before, and I never had anyone else so quickly be able to get me and be able to dissect and decode the way my brain works and the way my feelings emerge and to really give me these cheat codes for how to get out of this spiraling. I think this is worth more than therapy—for the level of expertise, the concrete tools and information, and the incredibly supportive way Anahita guides you through."

Survival mode isn’t a personality trait.

It’s a pattern. And patterns can change.

You’ve probably said things like:

  • “I don’t want to disappoint anyone.”

  • “I feel guilty every time I try to take care of myself.”

  • “I’m constantly criticizing myself even when I’m trying my best.”

  • “If I take a break or a shortcut, it feels like I’ve failed.'“

Imagine if you could get to:

  • “Taking care of myself is starting to feel like an act of love.”

  • “I am beginning to trust myself to know what I need and actually make it happen.”

  • “I can set boundaries while still being kind and loving.”

  • “It’s feeling okay that I work differently than other people expect.”

  • “I didn’t expect coaching to be so deep—but it wasn’t heavy. It felt like going underwater and realizing there’s no shark… just treasure. I could go deep and still breathe.”

    —Former Customer

  • “This work didn’t just help me with boundaries with other people—it helped me discover boundaries with myself. I feel more whole, more integrated, and more able to choose what’s aligned for me.”

    —Former Customer

  • “I truly felt like I was being coached—not in therapy—but I could feel the depth you carry as a therapist. That depth helped me see more of myself and use the tools in real life, not just ‘know’ them.”

    —Former Customer

  • “Before this work, I struggled to set boundaries without shutting down. Now I can protect my energy while still showing care, and I no longer believe my value comes from being endlessly available. That shift has felt deeply healthy—for me and for others.”

    -Former Client

  • “I want to emphasize: I’m not new to boundaries work — I’ve been doing this for several years. And still, this was incredibly helpful and added real value on top of everything I’ve already done.”

    — Former Client

  • “I would absolutely recommend this — 100%. If you’re on the fence, I’d genuinely nudge you to take the step, because the way you frame boundaries and hold space helps people make changes for themselves.”

    — Former Client

  • “You created a space where nothing had to be forced. That made it easier to see myself clearly and take steps that actually felt aligned.”

    — Former Client

Set Boundaries You Can Actually Keep (with Kindness, Clarity, and Confidence)

To be clear, your mind isn’t the enemy. It’s just exhausted from trying to keep you safe. From working overtime to anticipate, fix, and hold everything together.

Somewhere along the way, it learned that thinking or trying harder is how you stay in control. And that control is the right path to safety.

But true peace doesn’t come from controlling every outcome.

It comes from knowing which thoughts, emotions, and responsibilities are actually yours to carry.

And which ones you can finally set down.

That’s why I love working with Human Design. Because it gives embodied feelings and clear language to what your mind has been trying to solve (unsuccessfully) all by itself.

It helps you reconnect to your natural rhythm, your energetic boundaries, and the way you were always meant to move through the world.

The Aligned Boundaries Program helps you trust yourself first

In my 4-session virtual coaching package:

  • we use your Human Design as a foundation for self-trust

  • we layer in somatic tools (like tapping and breathwork) to calm your nervous system

  • we practice real-world communication skills so your boundaries actually stick

…and so you can protect your energy without guilt, trust your body’s signals, and say “yes” (or “no”) withconfidence.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about learning how you actually work: what drains you, what lights you up, and what balance looks like when it’s aligned with your design.

In her words…

"When I came to Anahita, my boundaries were a blur. I was carrying different parts of myself around disconnected. Through our four sessions, I experienced what I can only describe as putting all my parts together.

What I loved was how Anahita brought therapeutic depth to the coaching without it feeling like therapy—I could go deep without the heaviness. She helped me understand my human design as a projector in ways that actually worked in my daily life.

In just one month, I moved from confusion to clarity about my boundaries and how to implement them naturally. The program gave me the freedom to be myself, and I finally feel like everything came together. This wasn't just coaching—it was a deep dive that brought me home to myself."

— Former Client

By the end of the Aligned Boundaries program, you’ll have a clear, felt sense of what’s yours to carry—and what you can finally put down—so that you can:

  • rest when you need to

  • respond instead of overreact

  • relate to others from a place that feels clear, grounded, and empowered.

New to Human Design?

If you’re new to Human Design, no stress!

Think of it as a framework that helps you understand how your energy, attention, and decision-making naturally work.

It’s part psychology, part energy blueprint, and 100% practical when you know how to use it.

Hi, I’m Anahita.

I’m a clinical psychologist,

integrative coach, and

recovering over-functioner.

I’ve spent my career helping people managing chronic illnesses like diabetes, pain, and fatigue. And in that work, I’ve learned what helps caring, capable people (like you) finally break the cycle of overthinking, guilt, and exhaustion.

I’ve developed a coaching program that blends Human Design, psychology, and nervous system tools to help you:

  • Reconnect with your natural rhythm

  • Stop feeling like you have to earn rest

  • Say “yes,” and mean it …or say “no” without shame

  • Feel confident about your preferences, and express them without apology

  • “Pairing words with physical tapping changed everything... it was extraordinarily helpful."

    — Former Client

  • “I learned that my words can actually calm my body down... I don't beat myself up the way I used to.”

    — Former Client

  • “The physical piece made the reframing stick. It wasn’t just talking, it was embodied.”

    -Former Client

  • “I finally had a tool my nervous system responded to. It gave me a way to regulate in real time.”

    — Former Client

  • “My parts finally felt connected. I feel like one whole person now... you brought me home.”

    — Former Client

  • “The tapping recording you made was so spot-on. I’ve gone back to it and used it multiple times... you said it better than I could.”

    -Former Client

  • “A lot of the work didn’t just happen in the sessions — it showed up in my life. I found myself catching things sooner and responding differently.”

    -Former Client

Ready to meet the version of you who finally stops apologizing for taking up space?

That’s the work we do in my “Aligned Boundaries” program

In 4 sessions, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of how your energy operates, what boundaries actually feel like in your body, and practical language for everyday situations.

Think of it like “boundary rehab” for overthinkers, people-pleaser, or anyone tired of saying “yes” when they really mean “no.”

Investment: $1,200 USD

You get 4 sessions, total:

  • One 60-90 minute onboarding call where we explore your patterns and begin to weave a path towards deconditioning.

  • Three 60-minute follow-up sessions where you embody the energy you were always meant to hold and the boundaries you wish to set.

You’ll also get tools to support you between sessions, like:

  • Personalized tapping scripts for what you’re working through

  • Short voice notes related to your Human Design to support your self-trust and integration in daily moments

  • Language and reframes you can return to when things feel unclear

  • Tools designed for reuse, not just “life hacks” you use one time and then forget about

“If you're ready to take an honest look at yourself and own your part in boundary work—whether you're just starting out or have been at it for years—this program will meet you exactly where you are and help you move forward in ways you didn't think possible.”

— Former Customer

This is not for you if:

  • I’m not a Human Design reader, and this isn’t a chart analysis or technical deep dive. Human Design is used here as a supportive framework—to build self-trust, reduce self-blame, and help you make choices that fit your real life, not as a system to study or follow rigidly.

  • It’s not about scripts, hacks, or one-size-fits-all boundary phrases. This work is a process of understanding how you operate—emotionally, energetically, and somatically—and integrating those insights into your real life in. If you’re looking for insight without embodiment, or transformation without engagement, this likely won’t be the right fit.

  • It’s not just about cognitive insight or talking things through. This work involves noticing your body, your breath, and your internal reactions, especially how different parts of you show up under stress. If you’re not open to body-based practices like EFT tapping or learning to notice and respond to your body differently, this may ask more of you than you’re willing to engage with right now.

  • Outsourcing your authority is the opposite of what this work is designed to support. Rather than being told what your boundaries should be, the goal is for you to learn how to sense, choose, and feel them for yourself. So that over time, you trust yourself the most, and you don’t need constant guidance to know what’s right for you.

  • If your focus is only on changing other people or expecting them to hold boundaries for you, this is not the right space. This work is best for people whoa re curios about their inner patterns, self-talk or expectations of themselves. Much of the transformation here comes from learning to set boundaries with yourself first.

This work is for people who are ready to understand themselves more deeply—and to live from that understanding with greater ease, clarity, and self-trust.

If that doesn’t feel like where you are right now, that’s okay.

If you’re reading this and feeling more relieved than discouraged, that’s usually a good sign.

From a client who had already done years of boundaries work:

"I’ve spent the past 5–10 years working on my boundaries, but working with Anahita accelerated my progress. Since working with her, I hold myself in higher regard, better recognize my wants and needs, and take more aligned action.

Through her program, Anahita helped me get unstuck in several areas of my life by offering transformative new perspectives. Where I used to give too much of myself, I've found opportunities to honor my worth and protect my energy.

What I valued most was Anahita’s ability to hold space during difficult moments. For anyone who hasn’t experienced this, it might sound simple—but for me, it was incredibly healing and allowed me to move through uncomfortable emotions and break free from unhealthy patterns.

The most valuable tool I received was a personalized tapping recording Anahita created for me; the first time I listened, I knew it was exactly what I needed. It supported me through a very painful event and I’ve returned to it many times, both as a tapping practice and a meditation.

Human design was new to me, but I found this part of the program surprisingly useful. I felt truly seen by the insights Anahita provided, and understanding my natural gifts has helped me make decisions with more ease and confidence.

I received more value from six sessions with Anahita than I did from a six-month coaching program that cost much more. As a mental health clinician, I genuinely wish all my clients had access to coaching like this."

holding space for difficult moments

Less Guilt, More Confidence, and Clearer Limits

After completing this coaching program, you can expect outcomes like…

  • snapping less when you’re stretched thin

  • actually resting without feeling guilty

  • finally having energy left after work to enjoy your life again

  • trusting yourself when others don’t agree

  • stopping the constant mental replay of what you “should’ve” done differently,

  • no longer carrying everyone else’s emotions like it’s your job.

We’ll uncover the places where you’ve been over-efforting, over-thinking, or stuck in survival mode.

And I’ll offer simple cognitive, emotional, and body-based shifts that bring you back to yourself—and help you stay there.

I promise I get it. Because I’ve been there, too... where slowing down or saying no doesn’t feel like a relief, but like danger.

(Psst. That’s your nervous system letting you know it doesn’t feel safe.)

This program isn’t about finally getting it right or being “normal.” It’s about honoring your own natural rhythm—however perfectly weird it may be ✨—and to finally stop overriding your system just to keep everyone else comfortable.
