Welcome to
The Un-Doing:
a mind-body integration program

This is the nervous system rehab you always wished existed — for pain, perfectionism, and patterns too deeply wired to“just talk about.”

This is an integrative healing space designed to support safe, steady,
and sustainable
transformation
so you can:

  • stop performing,

  • stop pretending, and

  • live in alignment with your true desires.

Because I see you.

You’re the one who always shows up — who is at the ready — even when you’re feeling worn out or weighed down, too.

It feels like you’re a rockstar at showing up for everyone else… but you can’t remember the last time you chose yourself…

This is where you finally get to take up space, too.

You’ve done the healing work.

Therapy, coaching, spiritual deep dives. Even tried to release it physically — in the gym, at the sauna, in a yoga class, doing cold plunges, at 5am boot camps. And while you’re making progress, there’s a part of you that feels like something you desire is still just out of reach.

You’re brilliant, self-aware, resourced & reflective.

But you’re tired of circling the same drain with mindset and emotion work. You’re longing for change that finally lands. Not just in your mind or your body, but across your whole being.

And that’s exactly what The Un-Doing allows.

In this work, you’ll learn how to stop abandoning yourself.

To honor your rhythms.
To trust your inner knowing.
And to stick with yourself, not just when things are calm…
…but when you’re smack in the middle of real, messy life.

The Path of The Un-Doing

This isn’t therapy-as-usual. And it’s not one-size-fits-all coaching.
The Un-Doing is a layered experience, designed to:

  • help you soften old patterns

  • rebuild trust in your system

  • shift from surviving to living.

But we don’t rush it.

We begin where all true change begins: with arrival.

First, we arrive into presence

Before we step into a longer arc, we start with four weekly sessions designed to:

  • Let your nervous system settle into the pace and tone of this work

  • Help us both tune into fit, resonance, and readiness

  • Build a grounded foundation for deeper integration

There’s no pressure to commit beyond this. And no expectation to “perform” at your healing, here. This is your time to get a real feel for the work and to choose what’s next, with clarity.

Then, we see where your system wants to go

If the Arrival phase feels aligned for both of us, I may invite you to continue the work within one of two longer containers.

DISCLAIMER: There’s no “better” tier, only the one that’s most aligned for this version of you.

  • Some clients are already at the edge of a new beginning. They’re ready for rupture, depth, and transformation.

  • Others are arriving with tired systems, full lives, or trauma that needs a gentler pace.

Wherever you are, my goal is to offer you potent choices that meet the kind of container your system is asking for.

Get a preview of the tiers below:

  • 6mo biweekly

A steady arc of support for the person who wants to stay in motion while letting themselves rest.

You’ve held so much for so long. Now you’re ready to be held, too.

Consistently and compassionately, without needing to perform.

This tier gives your system time to soften, to rewire, and to begin rising into a new experience of self, at the exact right pace for you.

This tier may be right if:

    • You want space to process, integrate, and come home to yourself

    • You’re still living life as you heal and need the pace to reflect that

    • You know you’re ready to shift… but not in a rush

  • 9 months • 3mo weekly → 6mo biweekly
For the one ready to drop the old skin.

And stay steady through the middle, until they emerge renewed and de-conditioned.

This is the immersive track. Where the first months are for burning through the noise, and the rest are for becoming.

It’s for the ones who know they’re ready for deep change, and want to walk through it with intention, skill, and sacred support.

This tier may be right if:

    • You’ve reached a breaking point with your patterns — and want to meet it

    • You want weekly contact at the start to help you ground, grieve, and rewire quickly

    • You’re not just shifting behaviors — you’re rewriting the story

Both containers include:

  • Individual (1:1) video sessions

  • Asynchronous support between sessions (“office hours”)

  • Personal tools designed to support your experience directly

  • A custom resource library you can access any time

  • Aligned support using your Human Design

What Helps Me Know About Fit

Not everyone needs deep, immersive work right away. Some systems need shorter bursts. Others need to slow-build trust.

If you’re drawn to continuing beyond Arrival, we’ll feel into that next step together. Because this isn’t just a program — it’s a relationship. And the deeper layers of The Un-Doing ask for mutual readiness, trust, and care.

    • You’ve tasted what it’s like to be seen, and now you’re craving a steady container to help you evolve.

    • You’re willing to meet discomfort when it’s safe enough to do so

    • You’re not trying to rush your healing, but you do want traction

    • You’re curious about using body-based or parts-based work to rewire

    • You can invest energy, time, and presence into this season of growth

    • You’re open to being supported even when it feels vulnerable

    • You don’t need everything to be “fixed” — but you do want to shift

If we both feel that click, I’ll walk you through the options that match your pace and season.

If not, we’ll celebrate the Arrival phase for what it was:
a powerful, complete experience.

The Un-Doing is a space that was built to hold all the parts of you other spaces haven’t known what to do with.

It’s not coaching.
It’s not traditional therapy.
It’s slow, integrative care rooted in depth psychology, Human Design, and the sacred intelligence of your lived experience.

I know what it’s like to carefully consider where you invest your time, energy, and trust.

Not everyone is ready for this kind of depth. And that’s okay.

But if you’re here and curious, these may be the signs that your next season is already beginning:

  • You’ve outgrown symptom management and want a space that meets your body and your beliefs.

  • You’re self-aware, but it feels like insight isn’t enough…. something deeper needs to shift.

  • You’re exhausted from constantly performing your healing, and you want a space where you don’t have to explain everything to be seen and understood.

  • You crave high-touch support from someone who sees the nervous system and the soul — and won’t rush your process.

  • You want to unhook from patterns that used to serve you, but are now just keeping you stuck.

  • You’re ready to be witnessed in your transformation, even (and maybe especially) the messy middle.

I don’t sit across from you with a checklist.

I sit beside you.
In the nuance, the mystery, and the moments that don’t quite make sense.
And together, we stay there as long as needed.

I’m a trained clinical psychologist.

So yes, my clinical training informs how I hold space. But to me, these are not protocols to implement, but rather guideposts and tools to meet you where you are — and help take you where you want to be.

If you're curious, I draw from:

  • CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy)

  • ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy)

  • IFS (internal family systems, or parts work)

  • PRT (pain reprocessing therapy)

  • Nervous system education

  • Biofeedback

  • Clinical hypnosis

  • Somatic integration

But also, I’ve walked this path, too.

With grief, fire, and wonder. And the will to keep going.

I’m a recovering perfectionist who still struggles with my inner 7-year-old throwing a tantrum when she’s reminded of a time — way back when — that she didn’t feel seen.

The difference now is that I can sit with her, tend to her. Know that my true self is a grounded place within me that doesn’t have to get hijacked by an inner child.

I know how disorienting real transformation can be.

And how much it matters to not go through it alone.

I designed The Un-Doing to be a space where others can can come home to themselves — without rushing the journey, or doing it alone.

Where you can bring the mess and the magic and be seen fully.

…a space where others can receive the kind of steady, sacred care I once needed, too

You’ve tried the workarounds. The tools. The mindset shifts.
What you need now is a space that brings all your parts into conversation — into coherence — into belonging.

That’s what we build here — together.

Are you so ready for this?

(It’s 100% ok to say “not yet.” 🩵)

But if this work is calling to you, I couldn’t be more thrilled (and humbled) to share it with you. ✨

When you’re ready to take the first step, I invite you to book your connection call. This work is intimate - and it matters that we both feel grounded and clear before moving forward.

If you have questions first, I’m happy to help:

  • Email me at anahita@alcovemh.com

  • Call me or text me at 775-235-2406

  • Book a connection call (even if you’re just curious; this is a safe place to explore)

Either way, I’ve got you.

A note about what this is — and what it isn’t

This is integrative healing.

not therapy. not coaching. not performance.

You’ve been there, done that, and got too many t-shirts. So I know you’re not looking for the same thing over again.

You don’t want more tools and skills that live separate from your emotions or your body.

You don’t want someone who just parrots reflections back to you or lets you vent for an hour only to feel worse when you leave.

If you’re looking for a place where all of you can be safely seen, undone, and rebuilt — back to your true nature once again…

Then The Un-Doing just might be the place.

  • – A slow, steady space built around your pacing, your process, and your inner wisdom
    – A sacred container for integrating what you already know… not rushing to know more
    – A space that believes in your innate wholeness, even in the messiest parts
    – Nervous-system safe. Trauma-aware. Spiritually attuned.
    – Personalized and responsive, not prescriptive or rigid
    – Rooted in deep presence, not performance
    – A place where your truth gets to land — fully, finally, and without apology
    – An invitation to stop “doing” healing… and start being in it

  • – A space for fixing, diagnosing, or pathologizing
    – A program that promises 10 steps to your best life
    – A performance zone where you have to show up polished and articulate
    – Coaching that pushes you past your limits for the sake of "breakthroughs"
    – A place where you’re handed the workbook and expected to figure it all out alone
    – Therapy as you might have known it (through the medical model)
    – A container where insight is the end point (actually living is)
    – Another thing to add to your list of “self-improvement” efforts
    – A therapy model designed designed for reimbursement; this space isn’t built around diagnosis, it’s built around devotion
